Who we are

Bingwa is run by Hekima Labs, S.L., a Spanish sole-member limited company (sociedad limitada unipersonal), tax ID B26960278, registered office in Madrid, Spain, registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil de Madrid). Contact: contacto@hekimalabs.com.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Bingwa is free and needs no account.

Not betting

Bingwa is football banter. It is not a betting site: no bets, no predictions and no cash prizes. Bingwa is not linked to any club, league or competition. Club names are used only to say which match and which team a card is about; the fan badges are our own designs.

The cards

• You pick a match, type your name and your friend's name, and choose one of three burns. The burns tease the club and the result, never the person.
• The burns are written automatically by an AI and checked by a program, not by a person. We try to keep them friendly, but one can occasionally miss. If a card bothers you, tell us at the email above and we will remove that burn.
• Use real names or nicknames of people you know and who will take a joke. Do not use a name to harass, insult or embarrass anyone. Names that break this rule are blocked.
• There are limits on how often one connection can ask for cards.
• Some cards may carry the name of a sponsor, chosen by the country of the visit, the club on the card and the date, never by who you are. We will never accept betting, gambling or alcohol aimed at minors.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the service running and safe, and match results come from an outside source, so they can be late or wrong. We cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what you or others do with a card once it is shared.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change and important changes will be shown on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without limiting any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
